Ferris Wheel 02:43
County Fair Wondering why I'm there Searching for the height that I need Majestic breath Flowing through my only treasured chest Lock me in So we can start to spin Looking down at land standing still I'm moving, but the price I paid is limited No more time I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel To be on my throne County Fair Wondering why I'm there Searching for the height that I need Majestic breath Flowing through my only treasured chest I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel To be on my throne Lock me in So we can start to spin Looking down at land standing still I'm moving, but the price I paid is limited No more time I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel I need one more turn on the Ferris Wheel To be on my throne

Another Life 03:21
Ages ago with someone to hold, my heart was in her hands Destined to find that only in time would I be held and still be standing? All I could ever want to hear is one voice offer me To spend Another Life with her Finding a way is gonna be crazier than I had planned ʻCause down in my soul, I'm losinʼ control for what remains within her texture All I could ever want to hear is one voice offer me To spend Another Life with her Oh, someone could be in love Oh, I'm feelinʼ the weight of it all in this life without her All I could ever want to hear is one voice offer me To spend Another Life with her... with her I wanna spend it with her Spend Another Life with her Spend Another Life with her

No Surrender 03:45
How about an answer A yes or a no How about some action Or even hello Oooh, girl, you're putting on me And baby, I'm beginning to see There's No Surrender, no reply No Surrender, yeah Just good-bye No Surrender... surrender How about some feeling A sign of response How about some love, yeah We had it there once Oooh, girl, you're putting on me And baby, I'm beginning to see There's No Surrender, no reply No Surrender, yeah Just good-bye Oooh, girl, you're putting on me And baby, I'm beginning to see There's No Surrender, no reply No Surrender, yeah Just good-bye No Surrender, no reply No Surrender Just good-bye No Surrender... surrender Oooh, girl, you're putting on me And baby, I'm beginning to see

Here I am thinkin' of you Could you be a little, too And to think that you might want to hold me Tried to call you on FaceTime But I can't find my Wi-Fi No, it's never easy Finally, I have... Something New Gimme time Cause I know you're just a sign Something New could break my heart I'm fallin' in Should I risk it all again Something New Wanna be your second skin And the shoes that you live in Do I have what it might take to hold you Keep me up all night online But I really shouldn't mind No, it's never easy Finally, I have... Something New Gimme time Cause I know you're just a sign Something New could break my heart I'm fallin' in Should I risk it all again Something New Here I am thinkin' of you Could you be a little, too Wanna be your second skin And the shoes that you live in No, it's never easy Here I am thinkin' of you Could you be a little, too Do I have what it might take To breakthrough, get into, ohhh, Something New Something New Gimme time Cause I know you're just a sign Something New could break my heart Something New Gimme time Cause I know you're just a sign Something New, only you could break my heart I'm fallin' in And I'll risk it all again For Something New

Having to spend my life when early days were not so pretty Following rougher waters, casting pools to catch their tears I'm living alone With Justification Nobody's home in this heart of mine Justification Sent back to redefine, to analyze and compromise I found them all believing nothing defends a love like time I'm living alone With Justification Nobody's home in this heart of mine Justification I'm living alone With Justification Nobody's home in this heart of mine Justification Don't tell me all there is Keep your qualifications to yourself Call off the problems that you breed and keep the seed buried I'm living alone With Justification Nobody's home in this heart of mine Justification I'm living alone With Justification Nobody's home in this heart of mine Justification

Listening 03:00
Thereʼs a body and a soul In my mind that needs to hold On to love and not to pain Only now, they're both the same And it's all because we're Listening To what we have to say And weʼll always go on Listening And never change a thing Talk about, in the dark Talk about, in the dark Talk about, in the dark Through this open door we've found Something new that leads to our Never-ending love inside To each one will never die And it's all because we're Listening To what we have to say And weʼll always go on Listening Let's never change a thing Talk about, in the dark Talk about, in the dark And it's all because we're Listening And weʼll always go on Listening To ourselves... Listening (Listen to ourselves) Talk about, in the dark, you and me (Listen to ourselves) Talk about, in the dark, you and me (Listen to ourselves) Talk about, in the dark, you and me (Listen to ourselves) Talk about, in the dark, you and me

Another year has passed me by And I just laugh until I cry Is it really so unfair All I do is keep on staring back at everyone who fell ahead of me An alarm goes off And it kills my thoughts Now, you'll find me Floating On A Cloud with angels Floating On A Cloud like angels do Floating On A Cloud Now, it's just another day Somehow it feels so retrograde Charmaine's kicking applesauce Might as well be all of us For now, I guess it's just the way it has to be Can I leave my mind Just one more time Now, you'll find me Floating On A Cloud with angels Floating On A Cloud like angels do Floating On A Cloud Floating On A Cloud with angels Floating On A Cloud like angels do Floating On A Cloud

about

"past forward" is the latest release from indie Power Pop Rock group, The Macsters, a work decades in the making. A culmination of melodic journeys that span the group’s experience after having returned from a lengthy hiatus, 'past forward' revisits compositions from the band’s earlier days, merging the energy and innocence of their previous tunes with a nascent creative force evident in the band’s newer material. A multiplicity of style, emotion, and melodic allusion are signatures of this new release which will sneak up and have you singing along to it in no time.
